Welcome to One Day Agra Trip! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions.
Booking: When you book our tour or travel services, your contract is formed with M/s One Day Agra Trip. This contract comes into effect when we confirm your tour booking and receive your required deposit.
Booking and Payment
A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost must be paid to M/s One Day Agra Trip to secure your booking. This deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled 15 days before your service’s start date. In the case of bookings made within 15 working days of the service date, full payment is required upon booking. Full payment is due when booking for memorable train journeys or peak-season hotel bookings (e.g., X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali).
Note: In some cases, additional advance payments may be necessary before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor’s/supplier’s payment deadlines.
Payments can be made via the methods specified by the Company, such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
Note: Credit/debit card payments will incur a 3% bank charge on the total amount. All prices should be free of withholding tax and deductions. The payer will bear any bank charges for remittance.
Special Note: One Day Agra Trip employees or agents will never request your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, or OTP or ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or install third-party apps like Any Desk or Teamviewer. Please report any such incidents to info@onedayagratrip.com.
Cancellation and Refunds
You must notify the Company in writing if you wish to cancel your booking. Cancellation fees may apply, which will vary depending on the timing of your cancellation. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided for your tour or travel service.
Note: Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure Policy: Each tour has a cancellation policy, as mentioned on the tour description page. If a time lacks a specified cancellation policy, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Sixty days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the tour/service cost.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 25% of the tour/service cost.
- 14 to 08 days before arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
- 07 days or less before arrival or no-show: No refund.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour or travel service for reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, the Company will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and vaccinations, as the destination country requires. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
Health and Insurance
You should purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss or damage. The Company is not liable for any costs incurred due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances during the tour or travel service.
Itinerary Changes
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or any other aspect of the tour or travel service. You will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.
Responsibility and Liability
The Company is an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation companies). We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or negligence of these providers.
The Company is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss during the tour or travel service.
Code of Conduct
It would help if you behaved responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the tour or travel service without a refund.
Complaints
If you have a complaint during the tour or travel service, please promptly bring it to the attention of the Company’s representative or tour guide. We will do our best to address and resolve your concerns.
Privacy
Your personal information will be treated following our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms and the relationship between you and the Company shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be bound by the most current version of the Terms on the Company’s website.
Refund
Refunds for unused or unutilized services will be processed based on the applicable cancellation policy and returned to the payer. Due to banking procedures, please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks. Bank charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount if refunded to a credit card or bank account.
