Refund Deadline: To be eligible for a complete refund, you must cancel your reservation a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the experience.
Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel within the specified cancellation window (less than 48 hours before departure). The tour package and the timing of your cancellation will determine the fee amount.

Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are considered last-minute cancellations and are generally not eligible for refunds. No-Shows: If you fail to join the tour without prior notice, it will be considered a “no-show,” and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases where tours must be canceled or altered due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, One Day Agra Trip Tour and Travel Company will make every effort to reschedule your tour or provide a refund. However, we cannot be held liable for additional expenses travelers incur, such as accommodation, transportation, or other related costs.
Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed as soon as possible, typically within seven business days, to the original payment method used for booking.
Tour Changes: If you need to modify your tour dates or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability and the tour package terms. Don’t hesitate to contact us as early as possible to discuss any changes.
Time zone Consideration: The cancellation deadlines are set following the local time zone of the experience’s location.
